Health Monitor is a free application program that is designed as a database record associated with reports of health / disease, such as blood pressure, heart, weight, cholesterol, and others. The result can be seen in the form of 2D/3D graphics, making it easier for you to read the report.
It is suitable for a doctor or a person who has a disease which should make routine checks / regular / periodic, so it's easier to know the various aspects related to her illness.
For the record, to be able to run this program, you need Net Framework 2.0 or higher and Crystal Report.
